Terms and conditions.
These are the key points of Monart Pty Ltd’s agreed trading terms as they apply to New Zealand customers. The full document governs every quotation, offer and accepted purchase order and prevails where this summary and the full terms differ.
Who you are dealing with
Monart Pty Ltd, ABN 74 002 368 569, trading as STM Studio Supplies, STM Studio Supplies NZ, Stanmart Film Services and Sports Mirrors Australia. These terms apply to all quotations, offers made and purchase orders accepted by Monart Pty Ltd and its trading names. Where they conflict with the terms of a customer’s purchase order or procurement documents, these terms prevail.
Supply only in New Zealand
Goods supplied to New Zealand are supplied on a supply-only basis. Monart Pty Ltd does not provide installation services in New Zealand. Installation guidance is provided for the customer’s assistance; the customer is responsible for installation, site conditions and compliance with local requirements.
Prices
- Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise, and are as agreed at the time of order.
- Guide prices published on this website exclude freight and are indicative only. The written quotation confirms the price.
- Prices are determined at the time of order and, prior to payment of the deposit, may change according to material increases outside the supplier’s control.
- Any New Zealand import GST, duty or customs charges that apply are separate from the quoted price.
Quotations
Quotations, without variations, are valid for 30 days.
Payment
- Stock items: payment in full, without deduction or discount other than as stated on the invoice, prior to release of goods.
- Special orders and indent items: a 60% deposit is required to begin production, ordering or construction. The remainder is due on completion and prior to delivery. No return or cancellation is accepted once a special order has been processed.
- Orders over $15,000 must be signed for on acceptance.
Orders
Monart Pty Ltd’s acceptance of a purchase order is conditional on the customer’s acceptance of these terms. Written or electronic acknowledgement of an order constitutes acceptance. Telephone orders are confirmed in writing by invoice and, where the confirmation differs from the customer’s record, the supplier’s records prevail. Changes to a purchase order require written agreement from both parties.
Freight and delivery
Freight to New Zealand is quoted separately according to the goods, the delivery address, site access and the freight method chosen (courier, air or seafreight). The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and access information, including forklift availability. Additional costs arising from inaccurate information or failed delivery are payable by the customer. Any damage in transit must be noted on the delivery documentation and reported to Monart Pty Ltd promptly.
Warranty and consumer law
STM products carry the standard STM Studio Supplies limited warranty against manufacturing defects as described in the full terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
