This website is operated by Monart Pty Ltd, trading as STM Studio Supplies NZ. We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and fulfil your order.
What we collect
When you submit the quote request or enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, delivery address, the products you are interested in, site and logistics information, your message and any files you attach. Our web server also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in the normal course of serving the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange freight to New Zealand.
- To fulfil and support an order, including warranty and after-sales advice.
- To keep records required by law and by our trading terms.
Form submissions are emailed to our Sydney sales team and stored in our business systems. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with parties needed to fulfil your order, such as freight carriers and customs brokers, and only to the extent required.

This site does not set marketing cookies. If we add analytics, it will be for aggregate, anonymous usage statistics and this policy will be updated.
